Birthday Dinner


Starter: Pan-fried mackerel on a bed of guacamole, ciabatta, and tomato salsa. Served with a gazpacho.


Main Course: Salmon baked in a salt crust. Served with crushed new potatoes and green veg.


Dessert: Tarte Tatin. Yum.
